Ok, so in my last post you might have guessed, I was very excited about seeing Sex And The City II.
I am a huge fan of Sex And The City, watched it for years, again and again like so many of you, but the new movie just didn’t do it for me. Dont get me wrong, I’d watch it again and again, the clothes are to die for, the girls are gorgeous but the story line was (how can I put this) Crap. I didn’t read any reviews about the film because it’s just personal opinion at the end of the day and this is just my personal opinion. Samantha steals the show, you just can’t wait to hear what comes out of her mouth next, it just didn’t have that sparkle like the first film. A good storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat and gets you thinking, Sex And The City II lacked this, it was a bit silly at times and nothing really happened. Bring back the City, I would loved to have seen the girls walking around New York, shopping, brunching, bitching like the good ole days, but I would still definitely advise to go see it.
Heres some pictures of Carrie and Bigs apartment, from Habitually Chic.
So the last film ended with the fab apartment, but unfortunately Carrie and Big had to move a few floors down to a different apartment.
Carrie chilling out in her new apartment.
The furniture in the sitting room is simple yet stylish, some of it reminds me of the old Carrie apartment. I really like the coffee table, with the books, its like a massive tray of interesting objects.
Carries old apartment, simple lines.
Two upholster chairs overlooking the kitchen, Material is beautiful but not to sure about the kitchen.
The bedroom has a lot of rich textures, colours are subtle and compliment each other, the curtains are blue with gold tussles, dramatic, yet elegant, the bedroom is an eclectic mixture of style.
Wait till you see the hotel the girls stay in, Oh my, Abu Dhabi.
It just drips of wealth, its so over the top, never seen such wealth.
The clothes throughout the film do not disappoint, absolutely fabulous darling.

I’m looking forward to seeing it just for the clothes and the interiors!!
